We are thrilled to showcase one of our most cherished commercial projects — the design of a fabric store that redefines how customers experience and interact with fabric. This project was all about breaking the mold, moving beyond the expected, and creating a space where the versatility of fabric takes center stage.
The store offers everything fabric-related, from custom-made curtains and sophisticated sofas to bespoke doors. Our design intent was clear: to create a space where anyone who walks in, regardless of their familiarity with fabrics, can easily understand its applications in multiple forms. This project holds a special place in our hearts, as every detail was meticulously planned and brought to life.
Innovative Use of Fabric in Design
One of the key challenges we embraced in this project was to highlight fabric’s potential beyond its conventional uses. We achieved this by incorporating fabric in unexpected areas — from the ceilings to the doors. These elements were carefully curated to display fabric in ways that spark creativity and imagination for every visitor. The space doubles as an educational journey into the possibilities of fabric, transcending the usual expectations of what a fabric store can be.
Cozy, Transformative Display Corner
A highlight of the project is the display corner, designed to stand out while remaining functional. This corner serves as a flexible, café-like nook that invites visitors to linger and explore. The setup is fully removable and interchangeable, allowing the store to update its displays effortlessly, giving the space a fresh, new look whenever needed. This cozy corner evolved into a striking feature, drawing attention for its blend of warmth and style. Visitors often liken it to a quaint coffee shop — a space that is both inviting and memorable.

Thoughtful Space Planning Every element in the store was designed with both aesthetics and utility in mind.
Central Display Table with Storage:
At the heart of the store, a custom-designed table provides ample storage on both sides. This ensures that staff can seamlessly display fabric options to customers without cluttering the space.
Custom Furniture:
Every piece of furniture was designed and manufactured to meet exact specifications, aligning with the overall design vision and enhancing the store’s functionality.
Neat Catalog Display Rack:
The catalog display rack doubles as a partition, separating the workspace and storage areas from the main retail space. This clever design ensures privacy while maintaining visual appeal.
Defined Work Areas with a Soft Touch:
The working area is gracefully partitioned with a neat arch and fabric curtains, keeping the less visually appealing aspects of the store discreetly tucked away. This ensures the retail area remains the primary focus for customers.
A Perfect Blend of Rustic and Elegant Design
The material palette plays a crucial role in tying the space together. The brick and concrete finishes lend a subtle rustic charm, creating a warm and grounded atmosphere. The color palette was carefully chosen to complement these textures, balancing elegance with restraint so the design never feels overpowering.
Refurbished Reception Desk: A Stunning Transformation
The reception desk is a testament to sustainable design and creative repurposing. The existing desk was refurbished and completely transformed into a fresh, modern piece that perfectly aligns with the rest of the store’s aesthetic. The result is so seamless that it’s hard to imagine its original form.
Efficient Use of Space
This project was all about smart planning. The compact store layout was carefully designed to optimize functionality while maintaining a sense of openness. The display area is intentionally separate from the working and storage spaces, allowing staff to work efficiently without disrupting the customer experience.
